OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE AN APPLICANT’S CHANCES OF WINNING.  Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

ELIGIBILITY:  Must be over eighteen (18) years old to enter. Must complete a submission form to enter.

HOW TO ENTER:  To enter the Contest, complete and submit the submission form.

SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF PRIZE WINNERS: One (1) entrant will be randomly selected as the winner.

​

Only one (1) entrant will be selected as the winner, and a number of entrants will win 2nd Prize.

The Winners will be notified by email or phone.

​

PRIZES:  There will be one winner that will receive four (4) Free Piano Lessons.

• First Prize Winner: One (1) entrant will be randomly selected to receive four (4) free piano lessons.

• Second Prize Winners: Will receive $90 OFF first month of piano lessons.

 

Prizes are subject to applicable Terms and Conditions.  Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer Prize or redeem Prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided.  All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

CONDITIONS:  By entering the Contest, each applicant agrees for applicant and for applicant’s heirs, executors, and administrators (a) to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Contest judges and each of their respective officers, directors, and employees (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from such applicant’s participation in the Contest and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (b) to indemnify Released Parties from any and all liability or arising from the Contest and to hereby acknowledge that Released parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative Prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by Prize supplier that are sent along with Prize; and (c) to be bound by these Official Rules and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error therein or in the Contest itself, and to be bound by all decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final.  Failure to comply with these conditions may result in disqualification from the Contest at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
