About Carleen Darrow
Carleen Darrow began her relationship with the piano at age 11, earning money watering olive trees all summer to buy her first instrument. Within six months she was accompanying her school choir. She has been teaching piano since 1994, with a lifelong focus on understanding how people learn. She is the founder of Music Reading Solutions, creator of multiple mini-courses, and the author of a book on piano instruction she is now developing into an app. As a licensed Piano Express teacher, Carleen brings decades of tested, refined, compassionate teaching to every student she serves.
